I visited this place with my daughter. First of all, I really liked the clean and beautiful interior of the restaurant. I ordered truffle yellowtail sashimi, sushi, and salmon sashimi. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the plating was beautiful. The truffle yellowtail, in particular, was so delicious that it left me wide-eyed in amazement.
My daughter, who has a picky palate, ordered the chicken karaage, which was served with sweet chili sauce. She ate every last bite and said it was fantastic. It seems to be a great option for kids. Since it was just the two of us, we couldn’t try more dishes, but the rolls at the table next to us looked absolutely delicious. Next time, I’d love to come with more people and explore more of the menu.
One more thing—the restaurant’s interior was impressive from the entrance. While I was taking pictures of my daughter with the decor as the backdrop, a server mentioned that they would soon be adding a photo wall. I will definitely return with my friends and my child to enjoy more food and take photos at the new photo wall!

Rolls are really good. Chef is from California and he brought his skills in Texas. Try a Zen special roll which has a slight lemon taste kick. This place became the one of my favorite roll place in the north Dallas area. I will try Hibachi anytime soon.

THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE BEST SUSHI PLACE IN NORTH DALLAS! Ive been craving sushi ever since giving birth to my son last November, but everywhere else i tried was super disappointing. But this place is such a gem! The quality was to say the least eye-opening. I tried 4 different kinds of rolls and i cannot stop thinking about them. I WILL FOR SURE BE VISITING SOON!

Zen Sushi is always fresh and delicious! The rolls are creative, the fish is top quality, and the service is great. Definitely a go-to spot for sushi lovers!
